Mitsuwa

Did you know Chicago has a Japanese marketplace right here?

Mitsuwa, located in Arlington Heights, was first mentioned to me by Kelly ^.^ (Thank you!)

They have a huge supermarket, book store with cds from bands like KAT-TUN and loads of Japanese magazines. There is a liquor store, a food court with a ramen shop that is well-known in Japan and a tea and ice cream place. There is even a place that sells foods like tempura, oyakodon, and tonkatsu. You can also get Korean or Chinese food.

In addition, there is a place where you can get Japanese bowls, kettles, and cups, also a video store, and a travel agency that has amazingly cheap tickets to Japan (Like 40% off of what I've seen on the internet).

I love Mitsuwa ^.^
